About Me 📢

I've spent over a decade building websites and leading engineering teams, helping companies scale projects from idea to millions of users. My passion lies in creating useful, relatable solutions that make a real impact.

My Professional Journey

I've been interested in design and technology ever since I was a little kid, and grew up in the golden age of the web - so I knew from a fairly early age that I wanted to create websites.

The design part of my brain focused on front-end development at first, and that's where I've stayed for most of my career - working on quite a few high-traffic websites including sites for the LPGA (lpga.com), University of Phoenix (phoenix.edu), many Brunswick Boat sites (bayliner.com, freedomboatclub.com), and many more. I've also transitioned into engineering management and help teams and individuals ship products better and grow in their careers.

Nowadays, I do all that plus I'm focusing a bit on helping smaller, local companies grow their online presence. I specialize in identifying improvements to websites that make these businesses grow their audience and gain more customers and web traffic.

I'm also looking to join a great team full-time, so if you're open to hiring an amazing person who's also a web developer and engineering leader, let's chat!
